Artist Statement:
Mysticism encourages us to ‘let go’… Go within, enter the heart, quiet the mind, calm the soul, be still.
This allows for release – detach from thoughts and hurts, cleansing and making room for wisdom to be revealed. “Emptying” depicts the ‘womb of creation’. Simply stated, the emptying process creates a
silence in the stillness that the soul needs for rejuvenation, allowing us to move forward gracefully on our life’s journey.
