Techniques: Artist created metalwork applique; Thermo-fabrication (heat applied); Free motion stitching (Non-digitized machine embroidery); Bobbin stitching; Encasement
Artist Statement:
“Once a dream has been dreamed, if it hasn’t been remembered, it lives on deep under the earth.”

The above quote brought imagery to mind of an archaeological dig, or buried treasures. As each ‘dream’ is recalled, or brought into reality, it comes alive once more as a single seedling, glowing with the energy of new life.
