Continuing with the black cotton warp, not only did I finish threading the reed, but I also threaded all 336 threads into the heddles...
...tied the treadles (that's 80 different cords on this 60" wide, 8-shaft countermarche beast of a loom!)...
...tied the warp to the back, wound it onto the back beam & tied it onto the front beam. Tadaaah!! All ready to begin weaving!
What will I be weaving you ask? Stay tuned as I reveal the actual weaving over the next week or so. 😄
